Ingredients
  

For the Salmon and Vegetables:
  • 4 salmon fillets about 6 oz each
  • 1 lb baby potatoes halved
  • 1 lb fresh asparagus trimmed
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Lemon wedges for serving
For the Melted Cheese Sauce:
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • cups whole milk
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg optional
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
For Garnish (Optional):
  • Fresh parsley chopped
  • Extra Parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Roast potatoes for 15 minutes at 400°F (200°C).
  2. Add salmon and asparagus to the pan, season, and bake until tender.
  3. Make cheese sauce with butter, flour, milk, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  4. Plate salmon, potatoes, and asparagus, then drizzle with sauce.
