For the Toppings:
Cream cheese glaze
packet from cinnamon roll can or homemade
Maple syrup
Powdered sugar
Optional:
chopped pecans or walnuts
Method
Cut cinnamon rolls into small cubes.
Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon into custard.
Dip cubes into custard until coated.
Cook in buttered skillet until golden.
Drizzle with glaze or syrup and dust with powdered sugar.
