Ingredients
  

For the Cheeseburger Bombs:
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 16 oz can refrigerated biscuit dough
For the Garlic Parmesan Butter:
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Cook ground beef with garlic, onion, and seasonings.
  2. Mix in cheddar cheese and set aside to cool slightly.
  3. Flatten biscuit dough and fill with beef mixture.
  4. Seal, brush with garlic butter, and sprinkle parmesan.
  5. Bake 15–18 minutes until golden and bubbly.
