Ingredients
  

For the chicken:
  • 6 bone-in skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp olive oil
For the sauce:
  • ½ cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water slurry

Method
 

  1. Season chicken and sear both sides.
  2. Cook garlic, then add honey, soy sauce, and vinegar.
  3. Add slurry to thicken.
  4. Return chicken and simmer until cooked through.
