Ingredients
  

For the Bread Dough
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp instant yeast
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
For the Topping
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp fresh parsley chopped (optional)

Method
 

  1. Make the dough and let it rise until doubled.
  2. Shape into a loaf, let rise again, and prep the topping.
  3. Brush with butter-herb mix, top with cheese.
  4. Bake at 375°F for 25–30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  5. Cool slightly, slice, and serve warm.
