Ingredients
  

For the Chicken:
  • lb chicken breast
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
For the Lemon Butter Sauce:
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • ½ lemon sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Method
 

  1. Season and coat chicken with flour, egg, and Parmesan.
  2. Pan cook until golden and set aside.
  3. Make lemon butter sauce in the same pan.
  4. Return chicken to sauce and serve warm.
