- Mix oats, flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, and melted butter.
- Press two-thirds into lined 8x8 pan.
- Whisk condensed milk, lemon juice, zest, and yolks for filling.
- Pour filling over crust, top with remaining crumb.
- Bake at 350°F for 30–35 minutes until golden.
- Cool completely, refrigerate 2 hours, slice, and serve.
