Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Wings:
  • 2 lbs chicken wings separated into drumettes and flats
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
For the Dry Rub:
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper optional, for extra heat
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
Optional Garnishes:
  • Fresh parsley chopped
  • Lemon or lime wedges

Method
 

  1. Pat wings dry and coat with olive oil.
  2. Mix smoked paprika, garlic, onion, chili powder, brown sugar, cayenne, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss wings in seasoning until evenly coated.
  4. Bake at 400°F for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway.
  5. Serve hot with parsley and lemon wedges.
