Ingredients
  

For the Cauliflower
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 2 cups olive oil
  • 2 cups minced garlic
  • 2 cups chopped parsley
  • 2 cups salt
  • 2 cups black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and prep a baking sheet.
  2. Toss cauliflower florets in olive oil, then coat with Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture.
  3. Spread evenly on a tray and roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. Sprinkle parsley before serving.
  5. Enjoy hot and crispy.
