Ingredients
  

For the Sliders:
  • 12 soft Hawaiian rolls or slider buns
  • 6 large eggs
  • 6 breakfast sausage patties or cooked crumbled sausage
  • 6 slices of cheddar or American cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter plus extra for brushing
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
Optional Add-ins:
  • Crispy bacon strips
  • Sautéed onions or bell peppers
  • Spinach or arugula for a fresh bite
  • Garlic butter topping melted butter, garlic powder, and dried parsley

Method
 

  1. Slice rolls in half and place bottom layer in a baking dish.
  2. Cook scrambled eggs with salt and pepper until fluffy.
  3. Layer eggs, sausage, and cheese over rolls, then top with remaining buns.
  4. Brush with garlic butter and bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes until golden.
  5. Slice and serve warm.
