For the Chicken & Vegetables:

boneless skinless chicken breasts
sliced into thin strips

bell peppers
red, yellow, green, sliced

large red onion
sliced

Salt and black pepper
to taste
For Serving:

small flour or corn tortillas

fresh lime juice
Fresh cilantro
chopped
Sour cream
guacamole, or salsa (optional)
Method
Slice chicken and veggies, arrange on sheet pan.
Toss with oil and fajita seasoning until coated.
Roast at 425°F for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway.
Finish with lime and cilantro.
Serve in warm tortillas with toppings.
