Ingredients
  

For the Bake:
  • 1 package 12-count Sweet Hawaiian rolls
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk or half-and-half for creamier texture
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • Pinch of salt
For the Topping:
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Optional Add-ins:
  • ½ cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • ½ cup fresh berries
  • Powdered sugar for dusting
  • Maple syrup for serving

Method
 

  1. Tear Hawaiian rolls into a greased 9x13 dish.
  2. Whisk eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Pour over rolls.
  3. Mix butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Drizzle on top.
  4. Refrigerate 1 hour or overnight (optional).
  5. Bake at 350°F for 35–40 minutes until golden and set.
  6. Serve warm with powdered sugar, syrup, or berries.
