Method
- Tear Hawaiian rolls into a greased 9x13 dish.
- Whisk eggs, milk, cream, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Pour over rolls.
- Mix butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Drizzle on top.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or overnight (optional).
- Bake at 350°F for 35–40 minutes until golden and set.
- Serve warm with powdered sugar, syrup, or berries.
