- Mix chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Coat with buttermilk and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Combine sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, honey, garlic, and chili flakes. Warm for 3–4 minutes.
- Mix cornstarch and flour. Coat chicken pieces evenly.
- Heat oil in a skillet. Fry chicken in batches for 4–5 minutes until golden and cooked.
- Coat fried chicken in sauce. Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and lime wedges.
